Don't overlook the importance of a high quality lobster bag. I have lost a number of lobsters over the years due to cheap bags. The blue bag has a special opening that allow you to stick a lobster in it without having to worry about opening and closing the bag. Most bags don't allow for you to easily control the opening and closing, and this can be devastating. You open the bag to stick one lobster in and 2 shoot out. Not a very fair trade.
